Founded in the early 1970’s , Applied Rubber Linings has provided 40 years of continuous service to industry, both nationally and internationally. From our well equipped factory in Gloucester we specialise in providing high quality protective rubber linings and coatings for all types of process plant for all types of aggressive process conditions.

In addition to rubber linings and coatings applied to customers’ plant within our factory, we also offer an onsite service to our customers : for inspections and reports on existing linings, in- situ repairs to existing rubber linings and complete relines where required. We are very happy to visit customers’ sites to discuss problems and solutions with the engineers running the plant. Our Managing Director, Production Director, and Production Manager between them have more than 85 years combined experience of the rubber lining industry.

We also provide fabrication services, external painting of rubber lined items and transport services for our customers.

Factory size: 700m2

Lifting Capacity: Overhead crane to 3.2 tonnes, forklift trucks to 5 tonnes.

Shot blasting facility: Purpose built shot blast room 7.3m x 3.6m x 3.6m. Separate shot blast cabinet for small items.

Steam Autoclave: 2.7m diameter x 4.9m long.

Spray painting facility: Devillbiss spray booth.

QA Procedures: ARL Quality Plan and QA Procedures are based on the requirements of BS6374: Part 5: 1985, and ISO 9001, with inspection reports and Certificates of Conformance issued in accordance with customer requirements. Existing and prospective customers are always welcome to visit ARL to assess our procedures and capabilities.
